Our Chakras, known as major energy centers within our body, are fundamental to our overall health and wellbeing. When out of balance our bodies come into dis-ease and this affects our organ function, energy levels, moods and interrupts finding harmony and balance.

This retreat experience includes yoga, breathwork, guided chakra balancing meditation, vibrational healing with crystal singing bowls, chakra workshop, healing treatments, luxury venue, lunch, refreshments and special chakra gifts. A nature lover’s environment with a peaceful and serene atmosphere! (Yoga note - no prior experience necessary, this is a Kripalu practice adaptable to anyone no matter age, shape or size.)
