My Reiki Story
I first turned to energy healing during a very stressful time in my life and needed the support of my own overall wellness to truly heal and move forward. I didn’t know how to let go of the emotions I was attached to and turned to Reiki to help. The energy healing I received shifted me, it awakened me, it gave me a whole new perspective. It also released stuck emotions that were physically and mentally exhausting. This led me down a path to learn more about the power of our own minds, the energy we create from it and the life we live because of it.
For the last decade, I’ve studied and practiced Reiki and am always blown away by its results. It helps on all levels on your life - physically, emotionally and bonus… it deepens your spirituality! Reiki has been a gateway to help me live my life more authentically. I’ve also developed a love for crystals and geodes and create powerful grids in support of energy healing sessions. I have added Sound Healing to my repertoire and absolutely love sharing the healing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi chimes and more as my collection and collaboration expands.
Hosting spiritually curated retreats is an experience I lead from the heart. I love being able to spend time in nature and allow its transformative energies to heal. I am delighted to host retreats at beautiful locations and incorporate healing treatments and spiritual workshops to share and empower others.
I have a passion to share Reiki and all things energy related with community to help create more fulfilling lives, graceful transitions, miracles, healing and wellness! It is an honor to hold space for others on their healing journey.
